The parents of a teenage organ donor have spoken of how they feel racked with guilt at knowing their son's gift of life has led to the deaths of two others. Jim and Lisa Koehne are struggling to come to terms with the realisation four people contracted cancer from organs donated from their 15-year-old son Alex. Two of the recipients died within months of the transplant and two others are now in remission after receiving emergency chemotherapy. "We are just so sorry," said Jim Koehne.
