HARMFUL pollutants that can cause respiratory problems such as asthma are too high and must be brought under control in the Liverpool suburbs, according to an environmental survey. Pollution levels in parts of Waterloo, Seaforth and Bootle, in south Sefton, are outstripping Government clean air guidelines, the Daily Post can reveal.
