A BELOVED old rocking horse relegated to the storage cupboard has been restored to his former glory to bring pleasure to a new generation of children at Liverpool Women’s hospital. The dappled grey rocking horse called Dobbin, much beloved by parents and children at the old hospital, has been given a new lease of life after staff lobbied for his re-instatement.
