Britain's sedentary office culture is spawning a generation of 20 and 30-somethings suffering from bad backs, according to a new report. Victims of back pain - which causes four million sick days a year at a cost of £1.6?billion to the economy - are getting younger because of the increase in jobs in which people sit at a computer for up to eight hours a day.
