Two die and two more fight for life after learning organ donor had cancer - Daily Mail 2nd April 2008

Four patients who received organs from a teenager were told later that he died from cancer. Two are now dead and the others are undergoing chemotherapy in the hope of saving their lives. Doctors at first thought Alex Koehne, 15, had died from meningitis and followed his parents' wishes that the organs be used to help others.
