A MERSEYSIDE ambulance worker was struck off after pouring a hot drink on the face of a patient. A Health Professions Council (HPC) hearing also upheld allegations that Lesley Millen called other patients ‘scum and pissheads.’ Ms Millen was struck off the paramedics’ register.
