STAFF from Leighton Hospital in Crewe were among those recognised at an awards ceremony to celebrate their contributions to healthcare. The Carlsberg Suite at Crewe Alexandra Football Club played host to the event, where 200 of the Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Trust’s 3,000-strong workforce turned out to see awards handed out in 11 categories including patient safety, clinical innovation and customer care.
