SOUTHPORT Area Committee chairman Councillor Maureen Fearn is demanding that Southport Hospital scraps its parking charges. Cllr Fearn has been busy enlisting local residents to sign petitions to end what she calls an ‘unfair and unjust practice’. Leaflets have been posted through Kew residents doors in order to sign and send off to show their support.
