Call to return health questionnaires - Lancashire Telegraph 21st March 2008

Central Lancashire Primary Care Trust (PCT) is urging patients to fill in and return questionnaires sent out in the New Year so that health services can be improved. Questionnaires need to be sent back by April 2, 2008. Maureen Kirwan, head of patient experience said: "We have had a 29 per cent response rate to the letters sent out so far and we would like to thank all those patients who have responded.
