RAPE and sex abuse victims will receive support from a group commissioned by Halton Council for the second year running. Halton's Domestic Abuse Forum has brought in the Cheshire-based RASASC (Rape and Sexual Assault Support Centre) to provide advice and guidance to people who have been sexually assaulted or abused.
