AROUND 10,000 people throughout Bury are set to contribute to a national treasure trove of health information which will benefit future generations. The town has been selected as one of a handful of locations nationwide for a massive medical-related assessment which will help scientists in the future. Virtually everyone throughout the borough between the ages of 40 and 69 has received an invitation by letter to take part in this pioneering piece of research.
