AN OFF-duty auxiliary nurse from Merseyside has told how she saved a woman’s life at 30,000ft. Dee Howard was flying home from a holiday in America when the mid-air drama unfolded. Just an hour into the seven-hour transatlantic flight a woman on the plane suddenly became violently ill and started struggling to breathe.
