PEDAL power is the latest initiative to help patients at Bowmere Hospital on the road to recovery. Officers from Chester Inner Neighbourhood Policing Unit have donated four bikes to the hospital to aid with the rehabilitation and fitness of people at the specialist Rosewood Rehabilitation Unit.
