A FORMER Frodsham GP has been given the task of turning round a scandal-hit surgery on the Wirral. Dr Kathy Ryan, who worked at The Rock Surgery, High Street, Frodsham for four years, has left to take charge of a Wallasey surgery blighted by alleged errors. She said: “I’m taking the
