A TWO-YEAR-OLD is battling meningitis in hospital – days after his parents were told not to worry about spots all over his body. Toddler Toby Williams was rushed on Wednesday morning to the children’s unit of the Countess of Chester Hospital where he was diagnosed with bacterial meningitis. He is currently on an IV drip following a lumbar puncture and blood tests.
