CHIEF executive of Western Cheshire Primary Care Trust, Helen Bellairs, will update town councillors next week on plans to build a long-awaited new medical centre in Frodsham. Mrs Bellairs has already confirmed funding will be provided for a building to bring family doctors at The Rock and The Knoll GP surgeries under one roof, along with a range of other community healthcare services traditionally provided by hospitals.
