THE result of a public inquiry held this week will determine the fate of the proposed psychiatric unit in Halton View which has caused a wave of protest.
The inquiry into the rejection by Halton Council of a “Certificate of Lawfulness of Proposed Use or Development” from Priory Healthcare Ltd took place on Tuesday at the Kingsway Learning Centre, Widnes.
