Parents face legal action after midwife stumbles on stairs while checking on newborn baby- Daily Mail 30th September 2008

The parents of newborn twins may be sued by a midwife after she tripped on their stairs during a routine home visit. Michelle and James Hudson were astonished when a solicitor's letter arrived threatening legal action for 'negligence' in not providing a safe place for midwife Caroline Waller to work.
