Health service managers have said that spending small amounts on getting people to see a GP before the illness escalates could save the NHS thousands in the long run. People in deprived areas are more prone to illness and less likely to seek medical help.e_SClBThe plans are contained in a report which discussed by the board of the North-East Essex primary care trust this week.
