A hospital has banned its staff from using Facebook after a photograph of a topless nurse appeared on the social networking site. The nurse, in uniform and on night duty at Northampton General Hospital, posed for the photograph alongside a fully clothed colleague which was taken on a mobile phone and which showed patients in the background.
