MID Cheshire OAPs are being urged to get their eyes tested regularly after health chiefs agreed to fund revolutionary drug treatment which could save the eyesight of thousands of people. This week the NHS said Lucentis, which treats wet age-related macular degeneration, should be available free across the country.
