‘Blue light’ decision on responders’ future - Crewe Chronicle 3rd September 2008

VOLUNTEER first responders at Nantwich will be allowed to use blue flashing lights on their vehicles if the go-ahead is given at a meeting today. The North West Ambulance Service (NWAS) has come under increasing pressure to reinstate the lights to emergency first response cars following its decision to remove them under new policy.
