A HIGH Court judge has given the go-ahead for the medical records of deceased workers in the nuclear industry to be disclosed to a confidential inquiry. The documents relate to individuals who worked at Sellafield and who had tissues removed for analysis after their deaths between November 1962 and August 1991, and former workers at Harwell, Dounreay and Aldermaston.
