A SOUTH Lakeland MP has made a formal complaint about Cumbria County Council over cuts to medical services in the area. Westmorland and Lonsdale representative Tim Farron has accused the authority of failing to question a decision to withdraw facilities for heart attack and stroke patients at Westmorland General Hospital, Kendal.
