MANAGEMENT consultants are being paid to look at where cost savings and efficiencies can be made in Cumbria’s health economy. Bosses say the amount paid to Ernst and Young will depend on how much work they do with NHS Cumbria – the primary care trust – and the North Cumbria University Hospitals Trust.
