Hospital cleared over death - Chester Chronicle 19th September 2008

AN INVESTIGATION was launched at the Countess of Chester Hospital after a man died of a brain haemorrhage. Two mistakes at the hospital during the treatment of John Levitt, 64, from Frodsham, was said to have hampered his medical assessment, but did not contribute significantly to the cause of death, an inquest heard.
