A CUMBRIAN dentist could be forced to close his rural practice because of what he claims are unrealistic NHS targets. Dr Jim Fotheringham says Cumbria Primary Care Trust (PCT) has threatened to reduce and reclaim funding to his Alston surgery because it is not carrying out enough work.
