WORKINGTON residents are upset because a needle exchange for drug addicts will open on their street. Residents of Peter Street are concerned that the service will attract crime, lower house prices and pose a risk to children’s health. The charity CRI will run the needle exchange twice a week from the existing drug treatment service run by the Cumbria Drug and Advisory Service.
