A former councillor has objected to a £19m plan for health and leisure facilities in Bipsham which would take up three acres of existing parkland. The proposals for Moor Park would see a Primary Care Centre housing GPs serving 16,000 residents, alongside a new gym, sports hall and library. The development which is under consultation, would be built on open land in the park close to Bristol Avenue and next to the existing swimming pool.
