Parents of toddler who died after drinking methadone try to kill themselves in double suicide bid - Daily Mail 4th June 2008

The parents of a toddler who died after drinking a heroin substitute he mistook for fruit juice have, have staged a double suicide attempt. Paul Jones, 30, and Crystal, 24, are in hospital after being found unconscious in a car just days after their son died. Dylan Hughes, two, collapsed at home and was rushed to hospital when his parents alerted emergency services.
