A MERSEYSIDE borough has seen a near 20% drop in anti-social behaviour just a year after establishing a specialist unit to deal with complaints. The Anti-Social Unit in Knowsley was launched on June 12 last year and has taken more than a thousand phone calls from victims of unacceptable behaviour.
