PLANS to further change mental health services for adults go out for public scrutiny next week. The proposals have been drawn up by Cumbria Primary Care Trust, Cumbria County Council’s adult social care and Cumbria Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (mental health services). They follow on from previous changes such as the closure of West Cumberland Hospital’s Windermere Ward and the changes on Yewdale Ward, which provides mental health services for adults of all ages.
