TOWN councillors in Nantwich are considering launching a complaint to the Healthcare Commission over ambulance chiefs’ plans to downgrade the role of volunteer medics. Almost 10,000 people have signed petitions to stop North West Ambulance Service (NWAS) bosses from stripping the volunteer medics of their life-saving powers.
