Health service is sued for £65m after mistakes in childbirth left children with paralysed arms The NHS is facing a wave of lawsuits over claims that hundreds of babies have been left with paralysed arms after allegedly being mishandled during birth. A total of 246 families are suing for £65.5m in damages after their children were left suffering from Erb's Palsy.
