The quality of food on children’s cancer wards is so bad that parents are forced to bring meals in from home, a charity has said. CLIC Sargent, the children cancer charity, is asking Alan Johnson, the Health Secretary, to introduce food champions on all children’s cancer wards because of the unappetising and unsuitable food served.
