Patient stranded in car park for lack of a pound - Crewe Chronicle 16th April 2008

AN OUTPATIENT was left stranded at Leighton Hospital after its steep increase in car park charges failed to be updated on the hospital’s website. Paul Latham, who lives at Weston, had to wait around for almost an hour after his appointment while he got hold of the extra £1 he needed to get out of the car park.
