High street chemists to offer GP services - The Telegraph 2nd April 2008

Patients will be able to get a range of treatments, including vaccinations and health checks, from high street pharmacists instead of having to go to their GP under a radical shake-up of NHS services, the Telegraph can disclose. The move, which will be outlined in a White Paper due to be unveiled tomorrow, is part of the drive to make the health service more convenient for patients.
