Public health has to be a priority - The Bolton News 25th March 2008

FOR all the Government's talk of championing the deprived, a recent status report on health inequalities shows that problems are getting worse. It is unacceptable that the relative gap in life expectancy between the rich and poor is not closing and, in some places, continues to widen.
