More girls seeking second abortion - The Bolton News 25th March 2008

MORE women in Bolton under the age of 25 are seeking a second abortion. New figures reveal that almost one-in-five seeking an abortion have had a previous termination. Statistics released by the Department for Health show that in 2006, 18 per cent of women below the age of 25 who underwent the procedure had previously had an abortion, an increase of two percent on the previous year.
