A NORTH-WEST MP will today accuse some parents of encourag- ing teenagers to binge-drink, in the wake of the murder of Garry Newlove by drunken thugs. Warrington North MP Helen Jones will use a Commons debate to demand a hard-hitting cam-paign aimed at parents who ply their children with alcohol and defend them when they get drunk.
