Toddlers subjected to Supernanny-style parenting end up behaving just as badly as other youngsters. Modern methods of disciplining children, such as those advocated by the Channel 4 childcare expert, Jo Frost, do little, if anything, to improve children's behaviour, according to new research published in the British Medical Journal.
