THE chief executive of Bolton Primary Care Trust will present a talk about the future of the borough's health service at Horwich Town Council next week. Tim Evans will deliver the presentation, "Building better health for Bolton", in the council chambers in Jones Street on Monday, February 11, from 7.30pm.
