A TERMINALLY-ill woman who would have had to pay for her healthcare if she bought `top-up' drug treatment that could prolong her life has won a battle to get it all on the NHS. Former Manchester pub landlady Debbie Hirst 56, was told she could be treated with the cancer drug Avastin only if she raised the £60,000 cost herself.
