HOSPITAL staff could face disciplinary action if they post concerns on a website set up to see how staff feel about a controversial shake-up. The ruling Liberal Democrats in Burnley and Pendle launched www.its-our-nhs.org.uk amid serious concerns about the re-organisation of services. But the East Lancashire Hospitals NHS Trust said staff should have exhausted the internal procedures for raising concerns first before "going public".
