FREE health care on the NHS as we know it could end in as little as 10 years, according to a Liverpool doctors’ group. The prediction was made by Dr Rob Barnett, the spokesman for the city’s local medical committee after a survey revealed most health care managers do not believe the health services will be free in 60 years.
