COUNCILLORS are turning up the heat on Sefton Primary Care Trust as they push for a return of children’s emergency care to Southport. Stakeholders are just weeks away from a pivotal summit to discuss the provision of children’s care in the resort, which disappeared when services were displaced to Ormskirk in 2003.
