A WEEK after being taken to hospital, seriously ill with meningitis, toddler Toby Williams is back at home. The two-year-old was discharged on Sunday but returned to the Countess of Chester Hospital every day this week for an antibiotic drip to rid his body of the meningitis bacteria.
