More men should get Viagra on the NHS to halt a growing internet trade in fake pills, doctors warned yesterday. Patients are being put at risk by counterfeit medicines, a lack of a proper diagnosis and serious side effects from buying and using the real thing without medical supervision, the British Medical Association said. It urged the Government to review criteria that limit the use of drugs treating erection problems to specific medical conditions.
