AN 18-YEAR-OLD entrepreneur has logged on to a winner. Tom Lee, 18, of Sandy Lane, Goostrey, was so frustrated at the lack of road safety information available to young road users that he set up a website he hopes will help prevent deaths and injuries amongst new drivers.
