RUNCORN paramedic Steve Evans has received an award marking his 35 years with the North West Ambulance Service. A shield and certificate was presented at a ceremony held on November 9 at Aintree Racecourse by John Burnside, chief executive of North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust and chairman Mary Whyham.
